1. Very good heat dissipation
This module is designed with aluminum back shell, so the heat of PCB board, driving IC can be transmitted out directly through the aluminum back shell, so to improve the screen stability and slow down the brightness decay of the screen. (The thermal conductivity of plastic is only 1/500 of metals and the thermal conductivity of aluminum is about 3 times of metals.)

2. Super waterproof
The fully enclosed module case hides all the ICs and PCB. There is waterproof ring at the back of module. The power cables and signal cables are combined together into 3 in 1 cable(Generally a module is equipped with two signal port and one power port). The packing washer and waterproof ring provide the module double security to avoid moisture entering the module through the back binding post, so to prolong the lifespan of all electronic components. The protection degree reaches IP67.
The PCB of traditional modules exposes in the air, and it can easily get damaged by moisture, dust and corrosive gas.

3. V1 Fire protection standard
This product adopts high-temperature resistance raw material and it complies with the highest fire protection V1 standard. It can be boiled under boiling water and it can endure 130 degree centigrade test.

4. Dual-mode lock catch and magnetic design for front maintenance
       (1) The module is equipped with lock catch to achieve front maintenance. The module can be easily torn down with a special designed wrench. The patent number is 20160711795.1. If disassemble the module with normal quarter wrench, then you need to pull out the module by hand. The power supplies and control cards can also be pulled out   from the front, no need for repair passage.
(2) There are hole sites for magnetic bead at the back of the module and specially-designed magnetic beads are installed in the hole sites so that front maintenance can be achieved with tools.

5. No-cabinet design
The module adopts 320*320mm case, in compatible with RF-OF10 and RF-OF16 modules. No-cabinet design, just combine the modules together to make a screen. It takes only 3 seconds to assemble a module with the lock catch, so to save the installation cost and improve the work efficiency. It is easy to maintain the screen

6. Energy-saving screen
It adopts energy-saving driving IC and it can save 20%~45% energy than normal screens. The max.power consumption of the screen is 500W/sqm.

7. Very small thickness of the whole screen
Ordinary outdoor LED screen needs to leave a repair passage in 450-650mm for installation and future maintenance. If with front service, there is no need to leave this passage, so to reduce the thickness of the screen.

8. Galvanized lock catch
In order to avoid any factors which may affect the appearance and waterproof capability of the whole module, the lock catch is galvanized so to achieve the function of waterproof, corrosion prevention and rust-proof.

9. High refresh rate and high gray scale
The refresh rate can reach at least 1920Hz. With EMC design, it achieves low power consumption, high brightness, high reliability. The rank blanking can be totally avoided, no stripes, no caterpillars. Step-less adjustment with 65536 levels gray scale, can play HD videos.

10. No deformation of the case

With aluminum back shell, the module is anti-deformation, anti-aging and high strength under bad environment conditions such as gelid, torridity and high UV.
The mask adopts anti-flaming materials, and it is with anti-deformation, good flatness, anti-fission. It can effectively avoid the influence of UV upon the material. The surface is injected with high temperature resistance flat black oil, no light reflection and good consistency in color. When combing modules together, the black surface is in good color consistency, no module phenomenon. The mask is with high hat brim and sunhat design. The front surface is anti-reflection so to improve the contrast ratio. The light hole of the mask is with trumpet-shaped design, so it is with big view angle, no hydrops and no dirt retention.

Integrated waterproof cables, quick installation, easy and convenient disassemble; Jacket design for cables, and they can endure temperature -40~105°C. The soft cables are with good elasticity, cold-resistant, heat-resistant, anti-UV, high strength and anti rat bite.
